Great News!
After being stuck at 123 (which of course I won't ever complain about)
after exercising for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week with my neighbor and drinking slim fast shakes to substitute 1 meal a day, I have lost 1 more pound, taking me to 122!
yippee!!
Now I am again measuring my portions to make sure it stays that way!
