Ok... I know you are probably wondering why there are no pictures of the new me... well I have been reluctant because my before picture is pretty bad, but here it goes. I will show you some before and afters. Can you tell the difference?

Thank you. Yes, I am trying to maintain my weight and maybe lose more. I have more energy now so I am going to a gym and running, toning up. I feel really good, younger and of course I look better!:) I used to work for a doctor so that is cool. He was an internist. Cool guy. for advice for you, I really love raisin bran. All of the fiber cleans you out. The whole time I was on my diet I didn't really exercise much at all. I couldn't. Didn't have any energy. So I would suggest cutting back the calories, eating bran, and once you lose some of the excess, then you will be more comfortable exercising. Definitely if you can eat raising bran or other high fiber product and maybe get a george foreman grill, you will start losing. That is how I started out. Simple, yet effective. Oh, and NO SODA!!! too many empty calories. Also, now that I am off my strict diet, when I eat out, I only buy kids meals and so when I do have soda it is kiddie size, but when you are first starting, I would cut the soda out completely.
